I had to replace two otter boxes.

I bought my case at a local retailer. When the belt clip broke I contacted Otterbox through their website and it was taken care of. Very simple process. Even when they shipped the wrong replacement part it was easy to get that remedied as well.
The case works for my purposes. It protects the phone well and the case can be used with or without the belt clip with no issue. I wish the belt clip was not so chunky and more durable. Maybe conflicting wishes

I broke the belt holster on my case and went to the Verizon store to see of it can be fixed. They advised me that Otter box will replace the part within the first year. I went online and filed for a replacement on the form they supply. I received the wrong part and when I contacted them I was sent an whole new case. The customer service is great and easy. Thank you Otter box.

My G-4 mini is alive and well after 2 potential disasters.
1. It dropped out of a pocket on the freeway - survived and was returned by the rider behind us.Best phone case ever.
2. It protected and prevented further heat damage. Didn't explode or totally melt down in flames. Screen warped a bite and side keys melted somewhat.
I'd had the phone less then 6 weeks prior to both mishaps...SO GRATEFUL for otter box products and staff.
