This case is perfect. I first thought i'd use it occasionally when I didn't need my wallet. I've since found an app that has non essential cards scanned into it. Credit cards in case, wallet gone.

I like the concept and the protection is of Otter standards but a little more work needs to be done for the wallet part you can bearly keep 3 bills or 3 credit cards in the wallet and it rattles and slips open accidently.
All things considered I hope Otter continues to try and expand their offerings.

I love my new white commuter series wallet. I had a regular commuter and the old teal sleeve from it works just fine with it so I trade back and forth between the grey and the teal sleeve and I also bought a purple sleeve for some color change when I feel like it. I can stuff my house key, driver license and credit card in it but not my car key because that it not flat. I originally got one for my daughter who kept losing her BuckID and she loves it also!

Otter Box products are absolutely the best out there. The only thing better is the best customer service that I have ever encountered. I have used Otter a box products over the past few years and WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE because of their customer service. World Class. Well done and others should learn from them how to inspire customer loyalty.

excellent with one flaw

My girlfriend bought me one for christmas and I am very pleased with it so far, with one exception. The hard plastic case does not fit the 30pin-lightning adapter that I use in my car, but if I remove it there is no issue as the outer case is easily removed. An unexpected perk, in my eyes, is that I will probably be using more cash as opposed to credit cards.

functional, but could be better several ways

I bought this case because I needed a wallet solution where I could take a picture while phone in the case, without having to either take the phone out, or hold a cover away from the lens, while having some protection as well.
For this function, case works fine. However, improvements could be made. 1) case is incredibly slippery 2) slot "lock" that hold credit cards in is not that secure. Comes open ocassionally when it should not.
Other design flaws are how fragile some of the parts are, by the bottom of the case where you plug in power & headphone jacks. My case has already been replaced under warranty once, and I see that the replacement case will fail I'm sure as well. Also, the rubber gasket continuously slips off around the bottom, and the rubber gaskets protecting the jacks don't sit flush after just a week's worth of charging, headphone use, etc.
So in a nutshell, I wish they would make this case of higher grade "rubberized" plastic so it doesn't slip out of your hand so easily. And not so keen on replacing the case after 2 months of use.
Pros: can use camera while in case
Cons: Low quality, Not durable, plastic is cheap, crazy slippery
