I had the Otterbox Wallet for about 2 months and loved the protection and the convenience of the credit card holder. The case does add a significant bulk to the phone (probably 2x the size of my phone), but the fact that I no longer need to carry a Wallet 90% of the time makes up for it.
After 2 months, the little plastic lip between the lightning connector and the home button cracked under normal use (no excessive drops or rough treatment). It didn't affect the protection of the phone, but was a little unsightly and had less structural strength. I called Otterbox support and without any hesitation the woman sent me information on how to replace it for free and they sent me a brand new case within 2 weeks.

When I first got it I wasn't crazy about it. I had one for my iPhone 4made by another company and really liked that one. This one is the same idea but a different design. I have had it a few weeks and like it a lot better now. I do wish there had been more color choices. Overall, I really like it. Being able to put a credit card, drivers license and $20 in the hidden compartment is great :)

I love my latest Otterbox for my Iphone5. The Commuter Series Wallet is beautiful and protective. It is so handy when I don't want to carry a purse with me. I have a Otterbox for all my devises(Ipad2, Ipad Mini and Ipod5th Generation). I also have a Symmetry Series case for my Iphone5 and a Pursuits/40 dry box on its way from you guys. Purchased this product as soon as it released. After just a few months of standard day-to-day use, it cracked (without drop) just above the power charging port. Contacting Otterbox Customer Service was the usual positive experience with them sending a replacement and me sending back the damaged case. No problem with the replacement yet but it's only been a week since the date of this review. Overall, I would recommend the product and highly recommend anything by Otterbox.
