I love the new OtterBox cell phone case / wallet. It holds up to 3 cards so room for my driver's license and 2 credit cards. So, I never carry a purse now. The case is protective without being excessively bulky. I would love to see OtterBox add a wrist strap so that I have a place to attach my car key fob. That is really all I would change.

The case has excellent protection just like the regular commuter case, but there are some problems with the added wallet feature. Since it's a sliding mechanism, it slides open quite often, even when unintentional which is quite annoying. Also, I've only had the case for a couple weeks, but the back is already much looser when clicked in, so I predict that it would be completely useless after a month or so if the wallet part can't click in at all. One more thing, if you have just one credit card in the wallet part then it can be very difficult to take it out.
Pros: Durable, good size
Cons: bad design, won't last long

The case that I purchased for my wife is the best Otter Box yet, we have used these phone cases for quite some time and it is the only case that I recommend for individuals. She has the slide open case for IDs, CC and such and it is a "Must have" her words!

I like the case but it could be better.
First off I can only fit 3 credit cards in and that's it i have no room for bills I was hoping the compartment would of been a bit larger.
Second I have the I phone 5 s and I cannot use the extension plug that I purchased so that I can use my old cords. The space for the charging on the case is too small. So I and to go out and bye 3 new cords.
Lastly the flip cover for the bottom of the case is very difficult to get your cord to connect to charge with a new charging cords. I'm sort of disappointed that this is your design

Bigger than you'd think

I was expecting something big, but this was pretty thick. It's because it provides good protection, but omg way too bulky, and odd shape, dropped a few times because of its weird shape on the back.
Pros: Durable, big strong
Cons: too big

This case is excellent and better than the last 'wallet' case I owned. It's a bit bulky but not over the top. It's about what I would expect from a protective case. Color quality (white) is right on and it's not losing it's color to dirt, grime, and scratches.
The only downsides are a slightly recessed screen and the flaps over top of the headphone jack and lightening connector. Don't care so much about the headphone jack but having to plug and unplug the lightening connector with that flap in the way is annoying. I cut mine off and all is good now.

Cons: recessed screen, difficult protective flaps over ports
