[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I repurchased this product as I was unsure which filter required changing. This vacuum is amazing with cat hair, debris and dust. I only wish the dirt compartment kept lighter dirt fur) from sweeping in the yellow cone. It is still an awesome product and has made cleaning under couches, in crevices and the floors in general much easier. It is worth every penny.

It has made my life so easy. Our whole house is hardwood floor so now it is easy, even to clean dog's hair. I use the attachments to clean the couches, windows and Patio doors tracks. There is no worry of filter change, the dust collector is easy to take out. It would have been great if the cord was long. I use extension cord.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product in that it cleans my hard floors a million times better than a broom alone. That being said I am so glad I didn't waste my own money on this thing. Every use I am cursing! I half wish it was more of a ghostbuster-like backpack type situation because then it would be PERFECT. Instead it feels a lot like trying to keep a big dog in the house when you're talking to someone at the door. It's up your butt and you're constantly kicking it back. This thing has run into my heels so many times I've lost count! And what makes it more annoying is that there is 1 swiveling wheel, which is nice when the motor unit is facing directly at you, but when the motor unit is following behind you sideways (which is always since you vacuum from one side to another) it is no help. Instead the two big back wheels get stuck because they only go one way and you end up skidding them across the floor, effectively marking them up with gray scuffs. ANNOYING! The trouble doesn't end there! When you're done and you push the retractable cord button to reel it back up you better be ready to do it in a bunch of short little spurts because of you do it even a little too long you're in a world of hurt. I've had it come flying and whip me across the legs, I've had it whip the cord into my wall with such force it put a dent in it! And, the fun doesn't stop there. When you go to empty the dirt trap there is a small, USELESS, pocket/crevas which is always filled with debri. It's too small to get out with your fingers and at such a weird angle you can't get a pair of tweezers in there. I have resorted to just beating the canister until it dislodges, or giving up entirely and just putting the canister back, clog in all! Then when you go to store it there's a handy slot that the vacuum wand fits in. You'll have to take off whatever attachment you have on it (the carpeted or hard floors it comes with) because if you DON'T you can't get the handle to FIT in that handy little slot. Just UGH
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the same vac many years ago. It has been great but it was starting to show its age. We were pleasantly surprised that it still available. The new one has incredible suction and a longer cord. We can now vacuum the stairs without having to unplug and plug into another outlet. Also the included carpet tool is perfect for the carpet on the stairs - the only carpet in the house, all the rest is tile or hardwood. Looking forward to many years of service from this vac. The old one will be put in service in the garage for vacuuming the cars.
