Love this vacuum! Lightweight enough for my bad arm and easy to maneuver throughout the house. The cord is long enough that I don't have to relocate every time I turn around. The dump feature on the collection cup makes it extra easy to avoid a mess and the easily removeable wand and accessories are a breeze to use as well.

Ok so I won this vacuum from bissell i thought it was a scam i never won anything in my life well i have used it everyday for the past week 7 days at 30 mins at a time everyday like clockwork It is pretty close to perfect the power cord is a little short and the suction hose is a foot to short however it makes up for it in power I was shocked when I felt the suction. it rolls very easy. It is a joy to use. super quiet I spent my time picking up light sand and dust as I live in Arizona also I have 4 guinea pigs so it picked up piggy waste sawdust and a few pellets of food I would highly recommend this product from bissell in fact I told 6 of my neighbors and 2 of them plan on buying one because they were amazed by the power

when you try to use this under tables it lifts up and wont suck things up.....it has a very short cord also. I watched the videos before i ordered it and it says it is also good on carpet? I only have area rugs and it doe NOT work well on them at all. I was very disappointed

I use it on both hard floor and carpet. What I like the most about this canister vacuum is the extreme compact size, light weight and the powerful motor. It is the most agile vacuum I ever use. I carry it up stair, down stair and any where in the house like nothing happen. I am also delighted by the extreme quiet motor and the center balanced handle. What I don`t like is the sharp edge of the handle, the whistling sound that come from the couple port of the flexible hose. The engineers worked so hard to subdue the noise of the motor but they missed the resonant frequency of a hollow. The whistling sound can be minimized by just increase the diameter a little bit. I also don`t like the wheel-less nozzle. The wheels should make the nozzle move faster and reduce friction and scratch. Above all, it is the greatest thing since the slice bread.

Just received my HFE Deluxe Canister and I love it. It's light and easy to maneuver. Love the cord rewind. Easy to assemble and change tools. Nice long cord and I like the variable suction control on the handle. I ordered an extra set of filters with the vacuum because online reviews said it is important to maintain the filters for good performance. The filters are inexpensive so I recommend buying an extra set.

I bought this to have on hand for after we replace our flooring. Right now we have carpet and linoleum. We're replacing all of it with luxury vinyl planks throughout. I tried it out on the linoleum. It seems to work well. Then I tried it on the carpet with the multi surface attachment. I didn't think it worked very well on carpet, but it's not designed for it either. If you have hard floors I recommend this vacuum.
