Hard floor expert

We have had the Hard floor expert deluxe for about 3 weeks. Works great on hard floors. We have 3 dogs and the machine really sucks up the dog hair. It is very quiet and easy to empty as well. The cord is rather short so I always use an extension cord so that is really not a problem.

We were doing an endless search to find the right vacuum cleaner that won't scratch the floors. The Hard Floor Expert Deluxe Canister vacuum is exactly what we were looking for. It is easy to use and cleaned the floors flawlessly.

Great for pet hair

I have had this vacuum for 3 years now and I love it. The only flaw is the hose, if tugged on too hard it will rip and the replacement hose is almost $50. My son ripped ours the other day while vacuuming. I love how the vacuum picks up our dogs hair, so I just bought the replacement hose instead of buying a new vacuum.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The hose is extremely short. You have to bend completely over to use. You will definitely have a sore back after using it.

I've had this vacuum for about six mouths now. Love it. I hated sweeping. It works very well on tile floors. My spouse has nicknamed it scooter as I'm very protective of it.

Not good for pet hair

Purchased about 18 months ago. Was pleased until I ordered a new dirt tank. New one is a different design. The yellow cyclone clogs up (on top) (VERY easily) with dog hair AND more hair gathers as is shown in photo. This happens quickly - before the rest of the tank has even a slight amount of debris as shown in photo. I would not recommend to a friend with pets.

I have had this products for several years. The brand should be ashamed to sell this product. Quality of the flexible pipe is terrible. Just continues to break and it started to happen after a year. You buy American hoping in hi gh quality standards but you discove that a cheap Chinese product would do the job much better.
