Works well but not storage friendly. The canister holders for the wand are flimsy. The wand sticks out when put in the storage area. Nice and compact for moving around. The retractable cord is a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had mine since 2005, I think, maybe longer. We don't have pets, but I have long hair and it saved my sanity. We have all hardwoods and tile bec of grandchildren's allergies and it never missed a beat! It finally gave up the ghost 2 weeks ago and I need another one. I have compared with other vacuums but this Bissel has been my best vac in forever. Please hurry and get more in stock!

After 6 months it was time to replace the filters. I can't find them at any retailer. When I went to the Bissell website they show none in stock. Now I have a machine I can't use!
