[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this one for our daughter. Love the levels of suction and the off on button right up on handle so easy to get to. The lightness of the vac is awesome! Purchased this same vac two months ago for my wife and she really liked it so much that when our daughter needed a new one we knew we had to get one for her. Also they both like that it is a canister. We have hardwood floors and works great on them. Bo complaints at all.

This vacuum works well for a year. The suction is good for the price of the vacuum. The size and weight of the vacuum are also comfortable. However, after a year the suction capacity decreases dramatically. I take very good care of my vacuum, cleaning the filters regularly. I find it ridiculous that you need to wash and clean the filters after pretty much every use in order to get decent suction for 5-10 minutes. Then repeat the process. It is very hard to find replacement parts for THIS product. The premotor sponge has been sold out on Bissell.com for over a year. I replaced the other filters at the 8-month mark. I would not buy this product again. Too much hassle with upkeep and cleaning.

Just bought this today and I really like it so far. I have three large dogs who shed a LOT and a lot of hardwood flooring. I was searching for a vac that could handle that and also use for dusting dog hair off wood furniture. It worked perfectly on both and is also very easy to maneuver under and around furniture. PROS Very quiet Great suction for hardwood Easy to maneuver CONS Yes, the cord is short but not much shorter than my other vacuums The dust receptacle is small, but it was large enough for me to vacuum the main parts of the house that I usually do at the same time (kitchen, dining room, laundry room, foyer, hall, bath and family room) Folks who don't like plugging and unplugging should buy a built in whole house vac. At this point, I would recommend. It is a great, littlle, affordable vac.

Overall good at cleaning. Bagless canister is easy to empty. Quiet and good suction. The hardwood floor tool can be difficult at cornering. Buttons on hose remote can be pressed by accident. A longer cord would be nice!
