GREAT VACUUM, WORKS WELL ON HARDWOOD FLOORS AND EVEN THINNER CARPETS. I WISH COLLECTION CANISTER WAS A LITTLE BIGGER SO I DIDN'T HAVE EMPTY IT REPEATEDLY. BUT OTHER WISE GREAT VACUUM.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this vacuum because my house has hardwood/tile floors and I have cats. The vacuum is lighter in weight than other competitors in its class. I have only used it on high suction power, but the hard floor tool picks up cat litter like no other vacuum. I can even put it up to the baseboard and it gets all the dirt. I don't need to go over the baseboards with an attachment anymore! The handle grip is very comfortable and makes vacuuming easy. Lastly, the dirt tank is small, but removes and empties very easily, making up for the size. Thank you for making an affordable product that outperforms most vacuums.

I'm not a negative person. I SO TRIED to like this vacuum. It has Terrible suction. I have to take the head off for it to pick up ANYthing! It SCRAPES my floors as we vacuum (bc we have to put it on the lowest setting for it to even work) - which makes the worst noise ever. This is the worst vacuum I've ever owned. It's going in the dumpster. Our shopvac will do until we get something that works. SO FRUSTRATED. Total waste of money.

I love my new Hard Floor Expert! I had been using a stick vacuum and thought the floors were clean, but I had to empty the dirt canister halfway through. I live close to a big empty lot and there is a lot of dirt from the building construction. I would recommend emptying the dirt canister outside because a lot of dust discharges when I open the canister.
