This vacuum is quite and has alot of power behind it. I really like everything about it except the air powered head for the floor wore out way to fast. Within a few months the felt came off the wheels and now it sounds horrible sliding across my floor. So now we just use the basic floor attachment it came with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not what I had hoped for

I had great hopes for this vacuum as I have all tile floor and I was tired of hulling around a vacuum made for carpet. The plus: it moves around the floor easily and the brush head picks up much more than a standard vacuum head for a hard floor. The negatives: the cord is way to short it should be twice as long. The hose is made for a short person it needs to be at least 6 in longer. I am not a tall person but the bending over to accommodate the short hose results in a back ache.

Thanks for giving our Hard Floor Expert a try, jimp! When using the machine do you have the telescoping wand fully extended? If not, try extending it out, it will almost double in size and should make vacuuming much easier!

The cord is ridiculously short & it could use an extension to make the handle longer. Great for an apartment, small house or keeping one in the basement.
