[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have vinyl plank in my kitchen, hallway and dining room. I have a vacuum but it has a beater bar which is not suppose to be used on vinyl plank flooring. I have used it twice and it has amazing suction for a small vacuum. I also had a girlfriend who purchased one a month before I did. She tested it out for me which sold me on buying this for my vinyl plank flooring.

Just OK: starts out good but suction average

Seemed like a good mid-range vacuum between stick models and an expensive lux machine. Starts up pretty good, but doesn't take long for suction seems to drop off, and the spinning brush on the hard floor attachment spins randomly (and yes I am on a hard floor). There are some weird design hiccups: when plugging in the machine it turns on, every time. So I have to get ready to turn it off as soon as I'm ready to plug in. And then when starting it up it seems to start at half-power which seems silly. Adjusting up to full power helps but that's the power I always want.... The form factor, retractable cord, weight and a lot of other physical properties are great. But it could be a lot better with sheer vacuuming capability.

I bought this vacuum 3 or 4 years ago for our hardwood floors a d now live in a home with tile and it does a very good job. My only complaint is that the cord is way too short.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a few vacuum in my life but this one is by far the best i ever had, the succion is great, i'm renovating my house so there's always some dirt and stuff between the cracks in my 150 years old wood floor and it does'nt stand a chance against my new Bissell. I was always displeased with my other vacuum cleaner but this one i really like.

I clean houses as a part-time job and I have purchased 2 of these. They are the best hard surface vacuum that was ever made. The only thing I have had to fix was on my original one. I had to replace the vacuum attachment. I highly recommend these.
