The quality Kitchenaid folks truly amaze me. I bought this device because of the tough metal detail. I totally thought I would be returning it. But to my surprise it exceeded all aspects of delivery! I'm an avaid baker and have been preaching to the masses about this wonderful device. Take my word, it is more than you would expect....in a great way!
