good for small amount family using

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is really good for small amount family using instead of large amount of using of grain mill machine.
It works well for normal dried grain and dried spices. It is not suitable for very hard and oily spices. It can using for old type milling system and need some prepare. Reasonable price compared with professional Milling machine and suitable for family daily using.
Do not need too much clean but need a flat screw driver for deep cleaning.

As a newbie to milling, I found the mill adequate. The first run was with Buckwheat. I ran the seeds through all the courses and speeds. As expected the finest and slowest speed with 1 cup of seeds took over 15 minutes to process. But I was more concerned that the stand mixer was beging to heat up.
