[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used twice now. It does work well and as expected but cleaning is not easy. Need to open all the parts for a complete clean. In two run found Crome from the gear attachment which connects to the actual machine started to come off. After the grind is completed still grains stuck inside the machine Observed that if you fill the grains and stat the grinding after this I found very hard to adjust the grinding settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy I've purchased this mill. Easy to store and works great. The bread is so much nicer with the freshly milled flour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to from various grains for inclusion in my sausages, which I make using the Kitchenaid sausage maker, and also to make pasta, also made with the kitchenaid pasta making kits. The grain mill allows me to choose the grain size, a brilliant ability given the very limited grain sizes available in commercial stores, and also allows me to make amazing grain mixes for experimenting with torrent pasta flavours.

Not as fine as I was expecting but better than my

I bought this recently. Got it out to try today. Had to clean it before use and then dry properly. Annoying but not that bad. Tried to make rice flour. It came out sand textured. No matter how many times I ran it through or on what setting it either came out super gritty or clogged up the machine. Will try brown rice but does not work for white. Tried beans. They made a nice flour. And quinoa also made a nice flour.

Thanks for your review, it’s really helpful to hear how the mill is working for you.
If you haven’t already, try setting it to the finest grind by turning the knob fully to the Fine Grind symbol, then backing it off two notches. This would help. Be sure to brush out the burrs when switching grains. The included brush works well, and a toothpick can help clear any buildup in the grooves. Your user manual covers all these tips as well.
Some grains are naturally harder to mill finely, but these adjustments often improve the texture. 😁

Thanks for sharing your experience. If your grain isn’t milling down to a fine flour, there are a couple of adjustments that usually help.
Try setting the mill to its finest grind by turning the knob all the way to the Fine Grind symbol, then backing it off two clicks. This setting often produces a much smoother, finer result.
It also helps to brush out the burrs whenever you switch grains. The included brush works well, and a toothpick can be handy for clearing any little bits caught in the grooves. You’ll find these tips in your user manual too.
Some grains are naturally a bit tougher to mill super‑fine, but these tweaks usually make a noticeable difference. 😄
