Fresh flours!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feels solid. Works well. Achieves a consistent and fine flour. It’s great to be able to buy whole grains then process my own on the spot for baking. We can especially taste the difference when eating homemade fresh pastas.

Highly disappointed

I bought the attachment for my mixer, was very excited to put it together ready to use. After grinding only 2 cups for the very first time (it says you can do up to 10 at a time) my kitchen aid got so hot a stopped working. It’s quite slow to grind and it just gets so hot so quickly. Did not buy again as very hesitant to use since the warranty only fixes this issue once
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a newbie to milling, I found the mill adequate. The first run was with Buckwheat. I ran the seeds through all the courses and speeds. As expected the finest and slowest speed with 1 cup of seeds took over 15 minutes to process. But I was more concerned that the stand mixer was beging to heat up.

good for small amount family using

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is really good for small amount family using instead of large amount of using of grain mill machine.
It works well for normal dried grain and dried spices. It is not suitable for very hard and oily spices. It can using for old type milling system and need some prepare. Reasonable price compared with professional Milling machine and suitable for family daily using.
Do not need too much clean but need a flat screw driver for deep cleaning.
