Gift from in-laws an wondered what to do with it, turns out that I use it all the time for little things and big. It's so easy to maintain. Cakes, gnocchi, shredding, patties, meringues, whipping... It's regularly used.

I wanted this for 40 years, finally got it for Christmas. The 550 model didn't have a pouring shield- new item does work! I like the special blade and the power for mixing heavy batters. I have even used the whip to make pie crust - very tender! Not so crazy about the slice/shred attachment - may take more practice.

I bought this at Christmas and have only used it a few times but love the efficiency of this tool. Only negative is cleanup. Kind of difficult to clean for me.
