We are very happy with our new kitchenaid toaster,we got sick of other ones breaking down and not lasting very long. We would definitely recommend this toaster to anyone thing of buying one.

Really disappointed with this toaster. Invested in what I thought was a reliable brand. Persisted with a few minor faults but now none of the lights work so we have no option to make any selections. Crumpet setting never worked well but sometimes toast cooks golden on one side & pale on the other without the crumpet setting
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I now have perfectly cooked toast and muffins and I don't have to stand next to the toaster worrying if it will burn my toast, I just set and forget till I here the beep it's ready.
