Toaster is useless, does not work and Kitchen aid do not assist, just hang up on you and tell you to submit a query online

Great toaster and beautiful design. But baby Jesus who on hearth set the beeping sound SO LOUD?! Now the entire family wakes up at 6am when the toaster are ready…

We are impressed with the accuracy of the toast settings, that we can defrost our bagels, we can fit focaccia slices into its deep pockets and the ding when finished! Thanks KitchenAid!
