It is just the best toaster ( my husband is very happy that he can now have is very own side to toast his bread to his own liking( it saved our marriage) it is very stylish and complements all my other kitchenaid products. Would highly recommend this toaster .

Never burnt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t stop talking about my new toaster. The whole family loves it. We’ve had our toaster for just over a month and no one has burnt a slice of bread yet!
Best of all it matches the Artisan mixer I’ve had for nearly 20 years. They are timeless
I recommend it to everyone. Easy to use, and looks great!

Great toaster

We had our previous 4 slice toaster for 18 year so was concerned when this one started having trouble with one of the dials in August. I contacted kitchenaid regarding Waranty and thought I’d be in for a wait and a lot of explaining but was so happy and relieved when 2 days later I recieved an email letting me know a replacement toaster was on the way. 5 days later it was here. These are great toasters, they toast evenly and in a timely manner. Very happy with the result thank you.

Does the job, but could be improved

First things first - it beeps WAAAAAY too loud. 5am toast wakes the neighbours. In terms of function, I used to hate it as I have to put my toast on 7 to get dark brown. Now I think about it, that’s how it should be. However crumpet setting (the reason I buy any toaster) is too gentle. It’s like a girlfriend you know you’ll never marry. It’s pretty, and does the job for now.
