it stopped working on one side, i rang to complain about it, and was more than happpy with the result they replaced it free of charge with a 2 slice toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the 4 Slice Artisan Automatic Toaster for a few weeks now, and boy is it great!
Easy-to-use features, simple design, aesthetically pleasing on the eye and has a lovely clear display. What I love the most is the countdown display when toasting - this allows me to do other things in the kitchen while knowing how long there is left before my toast pops up!
I would recommend this to a friend!
