At long last..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had do many toasters, from the Kmart special to more sophisticated models from well known brands. Each time we got frustrated by the hype not living up to performance. Hence the leap into the high end market and after a month we are very happy with the toaster. No more hovering over the top, wasting time and colourful vernacular. The crumpet setting is excellent. The toasting is even. We read some reviews that commented on the beeping as the the toaster started and finished, well in our view it lets you know exactly what's going on so you can concentrate on other tasks. Simple to operate. Would recommend to anyone.

Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I decided to dollar up and buy a good toaster. It shows how long has has before it is ready. It beeps when finished and the toast comes up slowly. I use one side for gluten free and the other for bread with gluten and I can adjust the cook time separately. It toasts the bread evenly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

OK but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this for several weeks and am a little disappointed. It's very slow handling crumpets - they need a full cycle at "7" and then another cycle at "3" or so.
And it seems unpredictable - same bread with the same settings seems to be perfect one day and underdone the next.
The "defrost" function is a mystery - can't work out what it's doing, if aything, so I've stopped using it.
