Worked really well for 2 years until the circuit board blew up with a bang. Kitchenaid didn’t care that an expensive toaster just outlasted it’s 2 year warranty and offered no support.

Brand new item. Crumpet option turns crumpets in to warm doughy (soggy) things. A little bit of golden crust would be nice, however 2 x through the crumpet cycle on level 7 just dries out the crumpets. Total fail.

I bought this toaster 3 years ago after seeing it in a hotel in Perth - its been an absolute joy in our home since we bought it, with 6 people in the house its happily kept up with the demands of the household without missing a beat, is super easy to use, looks good and just works. If I could I'd buy another 10 - and if it breaks I'd just go out and buy the same one again.

As the toast lowers to cook and then rises to serve - it should play 'Ride of the Valkyries' so impresssive is this machine.

Love that we can do toast and crumpets side by side, and choose different settings each. The beep at start and finish is a little bit annoying, but at least you don’t forget that you’re toast is done.
