To couple with a KitchenAid kettle we bought the toaster too.
It is a sexy looking beast with a nice display and countdown to the toast/crumpet/muffin being ready. It does the toasting nicely but one complaint is that the highest setting does not Brown enough.

I have had this toaster for about a month and it gives you so much choice of how you like your toast/crumpet/muffin. Whatever you toaster it is cooked evenly. Having the defrost option is great too.
