I love this toaster!! I was hunting for a 4-slice toaster with a crumpet option after my last (different brand) died. Wow!! This toaster is absolutely THE BEST toaster I have ever bought. Our family has been through a few in 30 years and this wins the gold star. Yes, it was more expensive than I had ever thought about spending, but it is sooo worth it. It's so easy to use and has great features - I have used them all. There is absolutely nothing I don't like about this toaster and I would even buy one for each of our 3 kids if they let me. Did I say I LOVE this toaster?

We have had kitchen aid toaster for over 2 years now. It’s easy to use and settings work fine for us. When I had a service issue it was sorted instantly and I was very happy. The only brand I have found that has a 2yr warranty and that’s why I started buying their products. They are made to last, none of that 12mth warranty rubbish.

Given the cost of this toaster and the brand name I was expecting a lot more. The toasting/browning range is from 1-7 yet to actually toast the bread you have to have it set to 7??!!!!! Not impressed at all and will probably replace eventually.

It's only a few weeks old, but I love the consistency of this toaster - toast is browned the same way, every time and evenly across the entire slice of bread. The crumpet function also works better on this toaster than on my previous high-end toaster. My only issue, if it really is one, is that the 'beeb' is quite loud - though without it, I wouldn't know the toast is done because there is no noise when the toast slowly rises. A great toaster!
