Happy with Toaster, expect one point. They have allowed for the power cord to be coiled up under the toaster, but they obviously have not thought about it, as the cord does not stay there. They could have made small knobs on the keeper tags to lock the cord in place. For KitchenAid this is very poor. Surely they would have reviewed the design before they manufactured it.

If there is one thing that I would change is the beeping noise. Quite often toast is being made when other members of the household are asleep so the beeping wakes people up.

Great Toaster

Have enjoyed using this almost daily since we bought it. Looks great and toasts perfectly. Love that we can have 2 slices on one setting and another 2 slices (gluten free) on a different setting. Would prefer that the 'ding' when starting the toaster and when the toast is ready was a little quieter, however it is only one 'ding' and not a constant 'dinging' and doesn't detract from it's use and functionality.

Nice look and great toasting capabilities however the beep sound when the toast is lowering and then again when it’s finished is super annoying and loud. I’m not sure why this feature exists as no one wants to hear a loud high pitched beep every morning. Quite bulky as well but a good purchase apart from that.

Bought this toaster 3 months ago and doesn't work correctly. Placed a warranty claim on the 1st April, no acknowledgement or contact to date from Kitchenaid
