Bought the toaster a year ago, but it started playing up after about 10 months. Frequent error messages, toaster raise function wouldnt work, uneven toasting. Luckily Kitchenaid replaced it under warranty and this one is working ok so far. Will have to wait and see how long this lasts, but the plus point is that Kichenaid warrant and replacement.

My kitchen aid toaster had stopped working while it was in warranty, and with a single phone call the friendly staff happily sent me another one within a week. One of the best customer service ever, and we now get the same super crispy toasts for our brekkie again. Love kitchen aid!
