Love this toaster! Only problem is I don't like the beeping when toast is ready. Only suggestion would be an off/on button to turn off the sound.

Finally a toaster that toasts evenly no matter the type of bread (white, wholegrain, sourdough) or whether it is fresh or out of the freezer. We were sceptical about the defrost and keep warm functions but they work! The toaster looks great on the bench and is very easy to use and keep clean. We were a little concerned about paying so much for a toaster but we are very very happy with our purchase.

Re-purchased a Kitchen Aid toaster and it's an excellent product. Cooks the toast and crumpets without drying them out. This is a replacement toaster for one that I had for years and it was always reliable hence I wanted the same quality and value for money. Happily recommend Kitchen Aid products for their reliability and after sales service. Whilst you pay more than other brands, you certainly get value for your money given how long they last.
