Only problem I find with it is that if the bread is small you cannot get it out of the toaster without burning your fingers as there is no lift up feature.

Nothing very special about this toaster. It is overly large compared to the majority of toasters on the market, so storage will be a concern. The display stays on far too long after completion of toasting which equates to energy wastage. The audible beep at the completion of toasting is just a tad too loud - I am comparing it to the Kitchen Aid kettle, that is much quieter. Timing knob controls are 'sloppy' to the touch - maybe require a better 'snap-to-time' feel. This toaster just says... Made in China... without a lot of Kitchen Aid control. The User Manual details 'Care and Cleaning' but in a limited manner. I states... 'For detailed information on cleaning the toaster visit our website. Why the heck even print a manual (paper wastage) when you are asking users to go to a website. This review has been placed onto Product Review. com

Browns the bread evenly and has excellent additional features, such as crumpets. Very easy to clean as the crumbs down get trapped anywhere, except where they should - in the bottom tray. All around I am really happy with the purchase and highly recommend to anyone. Worth spending the extra $$$.

I love the simplicity of this toaster. Indicators on how long to toast your bread is easy to adjust. Push a button and the toaster tells you how long until the toast is ready. What I dont like is that it toasts one side way way more than the other, which makes no sense. One side comes out very dark while the other side hasn't toasted at all. Makes no sense
