This toaster, toasts the outside of the bread leaving the inside soft and moist, you cannot ask anything else of a toaster.

We purchased this as a replacement for our 4 slice Blue Kitchen Aid Toaster which we brought from the UK with us in 2006, which has been repaired once for a damaged element. The new one is lighter in weight and brighter in colour, and has put us into the 21st century with the way it works and also does muffins.
