Didn’t expect it to be that good. We had a delonghi toaster that failed and we swapped it for a kitchen aid and haven’t looked back, now waiting for our kettle to go to upgrade to matching set.

My old toaster died and I thought it was pretty good at the time, read the reviews on the KitchenAid toaster and decided to purchase one. What a noticeable difference in the evenness of the toasting! How well it handles crumpets, muffins, raisin bread and the features of keeping hot, dial up level of toasting etc is superlative. Love it, never go back to another toaster now. Great colour range too.
