Awesome, you can feel the power! what would make it 10times better is if it had one of those buttons you push and it rolls up the cord for you... Maybe I just think ALL need that feature!

After having a Bissell that was amazing for more than 6 years I finally wore it out and was very excited to upgrade to a new machine! We have 2 children and 2 pets so we decided to get a "pet" geared vacuum cleaner. This vacuum cleaner has not performed well at all. After continually cleaning out clogs in the base, the hose, and the plastic filter I finally took it into a repair shop. only 7 months after its purchase, I am bringing it in for its second visit to a repair shop. This vacuum is terrible!! I Do Not recommend purchasing this model!

This is a brand new vacuum for me. It's replacing my Dirt Devil Feather Lite which I've had for 10 or more years. This is a great vacuum. It's totally amazing how different my carpet looks. Though it is a little heavy, it's very easy to use and clean. When I vacuum each week, I'm picking up dog hair that my old Dirt Devil was missing. Also, I can't locate the seriel and model numbers to register this product. I'm not sure if it's because I actually won it from Bissell or what. There is nothing on the machine to identify it for registeration If you need a new pet friendly vacuum, I would recommend this product

After using this vacuum for awhile I really like it. The best part for me is that you can unhook it from its base and carry it up the stairs, clean the windows of all the lady bugs,stinkbugs and flies that are attracted to that side of the house. It is two vacuums in one - full size and mini-vacuum for those small jobs where you do not need to lug the full size around. the swivel head is also great. The dog and cat do not like it but who cares.

I bought one last August for my mother in law. The brush stopped spinning in less then 6 months. When I went to get it repaired, they couldn't fix it, so I was sent a new unit. The new unit brush stopped working in a month. Sending this one back for a refund. I am not pleased at all with product.

Not what I hoped for

I have one cat and this vacuum barely even gets up his hair. The turbo tool is awful and whenever I try to use the vacuum on my tile floors it just dumps everything back on the floor. Doesn't vacuum well with cat litter either. Very disappointed in this product, wouldn't recommend it to anyone with more than one pet
