I have 2 Great Danes and this sweeper is awesome at getting all of the dog hair mess!! It is a little heavier than I expected, but all in all, it is a great sweeper!!

Fun Vacuum

I was in search of a new vacuum and thought I'd try a canister style. After trying three other vacuums, I came back to this upright. It's perfect because I can still use the floor-brush attachment and clean my tiles floors or use the turbo brush on my stairs while just carrying the lift-off tank. And then it turns back into a "regular upright" for all of my carpets with a click of the canister. I have learned I will always be an upright vacuum lover, but am a huge fan of the lift-off feature on this vacuum. I also get great suction and enjoy the narrow vacuum width because it fit between the legs of more of my furniture. The only downsides: It doesn't flatten out well to get beneath furniture because of the large tank on the front. And the floor-brush attachment doesn't glide very smoothly on my floors--seems a bit cheap. Although I've only had this vacuum for a few months... I hope I get to use it for years to come!

All I can say is wow! It's been a long time since I've had a new vacuum and this has been an excellent purchase so far. I'm impressed with the suction power and the simple and functional design. Yes the hose for the attachments could stand to be a bit longer but overall its wonderful, easy to use and really gets the job done with no hassle. Easy to maneuver up the stairs! I am amazed at the amount of dirt, dust and pet hair this thing effortlessly picked up!

we've had an Orek and a Hoover and, although they were lightweight they seemed to lose suction power in a rather short period of time. We owe a Bissell carpet cleaner, so we thought we'd give the vacuum a shot. we cleaned the living room carpet the day prior to receiving the Bissell and cleaned it again after. we were amazed by the amount of dirt and dog hair , yellow lab hair hides well in beiger carpet beige carpet. time will tell if the Bissell outlasts the others but, if our carpet cleaner is any judge this may be the last vacuum we ever buy.

Best vacuum we've ever had!

This is the best vacuum that we have ever had. Very easy to assemble. I noticed immediately that this vacuum has great suction. This vacuum deep vacuums my carpet. There was much more dirt picked up and in this canister than my old vacuum ever picked up. Some vacuums will have the filter inside the canister, but with this vacuum, the filters are housed separately in the bottom of the vacuum, not in the canister. I really like this design because it is not as messy to maintain. Emptying the canister is very easy. Love the versatility of being able to remove the canister to vacuum stairs. The attachments included are nice. I really like the built in handle on the vacuum hose. This makes it much more comfortable to vacuum when using the crevice tool or vacuuming stairs. Has a very long power cord to reach multiple rooms without having to change outlets. Absolutely love the swivel steering. Highly recommend this product especially if you have pets.

The belt issue needs to be fixed!!!!

This works great when the belt stays on. I am not even able to vacuum one room without having to stop, take out the screws, and put the belt back on. After doing that more than five times the first day, I think I will be returning it. On a side note, I love the lift off feature.

Not recommending this vaccum!

Very disappointed, bought this vaccum on Boxing Day last year , lost suction after using it less than a year I had used vaccum for 3 to 5 years before. Luckily I kept the receipt, I wanna know if I can replace this with a new one since it has a 5 year warranty ?
