DISAPPOINTED...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Brand new sweeper and after 10 minutes use, the belt on the comes off. Don't waste your time on this machine. Others have had the same issue with the belt coming off. One person wrote it takes an hour to put back on and it's come of 3 times within a 2 week period. It's brand new...shouldn't be happening. POOR workmanship.

I was amazed how much pet hair was picked up in a short period of time. I cleaned my carpet and was impressed with the swivel maneuverability. I really liked the Pet TurboEraser Tool. It glided across the upholstery with ease and really picked up the dog hair. It was very convenient to be able to lift the pod off of the base. Over all I was very impressed and pleased with this machine. I also have the SpotBot Pet Deep Cleaner and it does a super job. It is great on urine stains and vomit messes. You just put it on the spot, start it and sit and wait until it is done.

nice little vacuum

light weight, easy to lift off for stair cleaning. Only problem I had was with my wrist injury it was hard to keep the vacuum from tilting because of the swivel feature.

trouble with belt and beater bar

Beater bar wont spin anymore even with new belt unless its off the floor. My machine is less than a year old and I have already had to replace the base due to wheels falling off and now it picks up nothing. Very let down on quality. I figured a long term relationship with Bissels power glide lift off bag less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum was great for working on the stairs as well as removing all of the pet fur from our carpets. My one complaint is that some of the accessories fall off of their holders from time to time but that is by no means a deal breaker. I would highly recommend this vacuum.

Cleaning the canister

We bought this vacuum about 6 months ago and I love it. I especially love that I can detach the canister from the unit. The problem I am now finding is that when I detach and use the hose, the dirt (and dog hair!!) goes into the top part of the canister and I can't clean it. I feel like the top should pop off but haven't been able to figure it out, am I missing something? - any help is appreciated!!!
