What I love most is that Bissell will always QUICK to fix any problem you have with their products. I had an issue with another product. I contacted them and had a new machine oh in 3 days!

Really Pick Up Dirt!!!

I do love this new vacuum cleaner. I couldn't believe the dirt that was picked up. I love the "lift off" feature making it very easy to clean other than carpets. I do find it hard to maneuver but that may be because of my arthritis. Otherwise, I'm very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great accessorizes, but the vacuum is very heavy and too big for small spaces such as my house. The floor vacuum is not so powerful on the sides. Sometime it doesn't catch things from the floor. For some reasons when I use the accessorizes is more powerful than when I just vacuum the floor.

I have a two bedroom apartment with both laminate flooring and thick carpet. This does the job with both with no adjusting. The lift off feature is nice for quick clean up around the litter box. This machine holds up aginst two cats and a dog. It should be noted though that this is a small vacuums. The width is smaller than my last few BISSELL vacs but it works for me.
