I've had this product since 2014 and until now have not had a problem with it. I usually first vacuum my carpet before using the carpet cleaner so my machine won't get clogged with lint etc.. So far it has exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dear Bissell, I won a an upright carpet shampooer sfter registering online for another bissell product. Today I actually used the machine. My present carpet cleaner is a bissell "Big Green Machine". which I have used for years. The upright carpet cleaner has brought me into the 21st century. Greatest features are, everything is self contained, the unit cleans well, it has on board upholstery tools, sets up in no time is easy to clean and store. It is also physically easier to use than a wand type unit. {My back says thank you}. Keep up the good product lines, and you will have a lifetime customer. Thank You ....rickg937

Love this carpet cleaner! I have two dogs who bring in a lot of dirt and it keeps my carpets looking new! Product is a little heavy when completely full but it holds a lot of water so less tank filling. The tools and attachments make it easier too. I would recommend if you have hard floors to get the attachment that just clicks right on the front and let's you do the whole house with ease

I actually won this cleaner from the Bissell site...Thank You so much!! Ive had it about a week and have used it a lot. It is great at cleaning pet accidents and being I have a new puppy he has a lot of accidents! I also decided to do my whole house and scrub the carpets with it. It cleaned them very well and the scented cleaner that came with it made it smell wonderful!! I definetly would recommend this scrubber to others to use and I like the fact you added a lid for the solution bag. It makes it easier to drain the dirty water. Again thank you Bissell for selecting me as a winner!!!!

Purchased this carpet cleaner after reading reviews online. Very happy with my purchase. I previously owned a green machine, but it was not a machine for big jobs. After it died, I decided to buy a machine instead of renting one every year. It is very easy to use, cleans well and it is not heavy or bulky like the machines you rent. The best part is, I can clean my carpets whenever I want, instead of rushing through my entire home in a couple of hours. Paid for itself in two cleanings!

I purchased this cleaner for myself a while ago and ended up giving it to my daughter as she needed it more than me. I liked it so much that I purchased another for my home. It cleans well and is small and easy to use. It is also very easy to keep clean.
