Love My Essential Cleaner

Just received my Deepclean Essential Carpet Cleaner and was so excited I had to use it as soon as I put it together. I went to work and I would highly recommend this cleaner to my family & friends. The unit was easy to assemble and easy to use. I could not be more pleased with the performance. The brushes really bring up the nap of the carpet. The spray liquid is hot and dries quickly. The smell is clean and fresh. Clean up was quick & easy. I am so pleased with my new Deepclean Essential Cleaner that my old carpet looks like new and feels like new. Thank You Bissell ;)

i received my preheat essential pet today. First off I've never seen instructions for a machine written so poorly! The screws to put the handle together do not fit and one was missing altogether. No measuring cups or instructions of how much shampoo to put in..on and on. The pictures are so small, that even a well sighted person would have issues reading. I think the least Bissell should have a video or something to help show how best to use the machine. Unfortunately I'll have to wait to use it until I can get to a hardware store to try to find a screw that works. Should be..

I just purchased this because of most of the reviews. I used it about 7 hours between yesterday and today and cleaned all the carpet in my home and had no leaks, had great suction, unit is easy to handle. I thoroughly cleaned it afterward. I feel if I take care of the equipment it will take care of me. I'm happy with my purchase, what more can I say.

Good things DO come in small packages

For a small 2 bedroom apt with wall to wall rugs, I was a bit skeptical, but I was also tired of paying for rentals. However, it cleaned the carpets better then any of the rentals I've used. And it recovered way more of the cleaning solution then the rentals. Maybe I kept getting rentals that needed serviceing, I don't know. But it's not a power monster at only 6amps. What a revelation it is being able to push and pull the cleaner as opposed to pull only - make for huge time savings. I'm extremely happy with this product, and the ease and reduced costs this carpet cleaner has brought my life. Yay! And Yay to no more of the high costs of rentals.

OK, winning this did make the wanting to use it part more fun. But, using it was also so easy. Sometimes it's like a puzzle to get tanks off and on a cleaner and sitting them just right to get "locked" back into place, this one is super easy. I did run out of water before finishing my living room, but because filling the tank and putting it back together is so easy, it slowed me down by about a minute. How did it clean? I moved into my house in 1999 and the carpets have never looked better! I will clean the carpets more then every few years now because it is so easy and I saw GREAT results. THANK YOU!

I just used my new Deep Clean essential machine. Wow! My carpets look new again! I'm embarassed to say the water actually looked like mud when I was finished. It really pulled the dirt from the carpets. Thank you Bissell!

I was very excited when I won this deep essentials cleaner. My carpets needed a good cleaning especially with 3 kids under the age of 7. Well it got the job done between food & dirt marks. My carpets look great!

I love my Bissell 8852 for my carpeting, stairs and furniture. I only wished I had purchased it a lot sooner. Looking forward to using it on my hard floors. Using it on my stairs was not a problem at all.
