Deep cleaning is a quick snap of the fingers. Easy to operate and clean my carpet. Even hard to clean spots. Great decision on my part for cleaning our floors. Even with hand tools, cleaning edges of carpet in entryways was very easy and effective. Thank you Bissell. Super product.

I have had some carpet cleaners in the past but this beast here is the real deal. I am saying the carpet looks newer than when you bought it new. Wine, juice, dirt to ink spills the 8852 will handle it in a second. Hand tool also works great on blinds I mean I tried it to see if it would do something beneficial and that it did and more!! Wow double Wow, love it!!

I bought this bissell to replace one that had 5 years. It's a really great system its lightweight easy to use easy for anyone My 8 year old could clean the carpets if he wanted too. I would recommend this product for everybody out there that looking for a good carpet cleaning machine.

I have always had Hoover rug cleaners i n the past. I found it very difficult to clean after use, esp. since I have dogs and the hair is caught in the front. Your cleaner just snaps off., The first day I had it my lab threw up all over...I was extremely pleased with the results. I do wish it had a larger reservoir for the dirty water..as you can imagine there was plenty. I also feel it is not a cumbersome...all in all I am very please.

I bought this machine to replace an aging rug scrubber made by a competitor. There is really no competition. This machine did an acceptable job of scrubbing my living room carpet whereas the old machine never matched the quality of work this machine achieves. My only annoyance is the number of times I had to refill the tank. I realize the tank is hard to make larger without getting a behemoth rug scrubber, so I guess I can put up with running back and forth to the sink .
