I bought this model today to replace the competitors steam vac (there is a famous dam that bares their name) ;), which motor seized. When I got home I immediately put the Deep Clean to work. I needed this to clean up pet stains. I was pleased with the results, as I could see the stains and urine being lifted from the carpet. However, after reading the online specifications, I realized I didn't receive the Febreeze detergent sample that was supposed to come with it, or the measuring cup. Perhaps I got someone's returned unit? Although it didn't appear to be used. Maybe it was overlooked by the inspector during packaging? All in all, I am pleased. I also own a Bissell clean view helix and Bissell power force bagless turbo vacuums. Which are both great. Thanks Bissell!

This cleaner is amazing! It is light weight, easy to set up and use and does such an excellent job! I was a bit disgusted at just how much dirt and cat hair it picked up. I have used it on carpet, sofas, and a mattress. I love using it so much, I'm giving the gift of carpet cleaning this year just so I can use it more!

The clean system worked well on pet stains, pet dirt and everyday traffic dirt. It was easy to set up and to use. It was very easy to pour out the dirty water in the commode and didn't splash on the floor.

Junk, save your money

Save your money it is junk ,that is unless you want to buy a machine every year.Oh sure it has a warranty but the nearest repair place to me is just under 50 miles one way. What a joke. It won't spray water and made some really strange noises and smelled like it was about to catch fire, that all took place in about 30 seconds of turning it on
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
