I love my carpet cleaner. I have a small dog. and she love to play in the mud. Run in the house get all over everything. but I don't have a problem now. I go bring out my cleaner and it take care it. This is best one yet I have bought. I have bought 3 of them.

Right out of the box, easy assembly and did a good job. Suggest you update your video for this product. The current one shows a separate container for the soap.

This is our first Bissell deep carpet cleaning machine that I bought on-line directly from Bissell. The existing reviews helped me make this choice. It's an excellent, efficient and affordable cleaner. And it's great to have one available at home rather than renting one or using a professional carpet cleaning service. Now we can clean our carpets whenever we want to. Paid for itself in one cleaning. Great value and I would recommend to anyone.

Haven't had cleaner 3 weeks and it's making noise to have neighbours call the law "disturbing the peace" smh. Only used once and I have no idea why it's making such loud noise. I never would have expected this type of quality from BISSELL.!!!!!!

Want cheap! Want Junk? Then buy this cleaner. I haven't used it but perhaps 10 times and the driver belt broke!!. Only good for those who have no children and sparingly need carpet cleaned. The very worst cleaner I have EVER purchased!

I have had this carpet cleaner for over 4 years now. I use it twice a year in 2 rooms of my house. My carpets are a stiff but kinda thick fiber. Not plush fluffy carpets. This works very well to get the dirt out. As with any shampooer, make sure to vacuum thoroughly before attempting to shampoo carpets or you will clogged or break it. Get any debris up first. Use really hot water in tank and go over same areas multiple times pushing VERY SLOWLY!. Dump frequently. Don't wait until it stops sucking...that's what happens when dirty tank is full, stops sucking. Also, don't add extra soap. Add the one cup to every tank. Make sure you place the water tank back down into housing properly as it must be seated correctly or it won't suck up. Also, every time you remove to dump the dirty water tank pill off hair and lint from the tiny little red screen area that is a breather vent for anti foaming of dirty water tank. Rinse dirty water tank thoroughly after each use before putting back into shampooer. Finally, go over carpets many times SLOWLY to be certain to get all moisture up. I bought a spare belt and front nozzle(this unit has a replaceable main front suction nozzle) and have not needed either yet. My previous old Bissell shampooer did not have a replaceable main suction nozzle and it broke as it's the lowest part of vacuum and normally breaks if bumper into something hard. Not this unit. I've been very happy with this Essential carpet cleaner. Great for light home use plus the attachment hose works great for cleaning couches, cushioned chairs, and especially carpeted stairs. I have not used hardwood flooring attachment as I damp mop wood floors with microfiber mop heads. I would buy this unit again. Just be careful and don't man handle the thing. If you go slow and take your time, properly clean unit after use(read manual for what to clean and how) you will get many great cleaning years of carpet shampooing out of it. Really gets the dirt up!

I bought this machine because our cat had gotten a little too generous with his gifting on our couches. Took it right out of the box and with the Bissell pet and odor cleaner it took the smell right out of the material. I figure a couple of more passes for good measure and we will have saved buying a new couch. Well worth the money and a great product Bissell!! Thanks!!!
