I loved this at first, but sadly I got this in April and it's already on its final days. It's as if the wheels can't handle the weight of the machine! They're legit about to pop off. And it just isn't working as deeply into my carpet as I'd like. Pretty upset. Hoping to find something that works in a household with 2 toddlers!

My new carpet cleaner

I asked for this cleaner for Christmas, and my husband reluctantly gave me one. He did not think it was a good Christmas present but that is what I wanted. I have an older Big Green machine but it was getting to be too much work for me. I just used my new cleaner today, and it is great. So much easier and it does a fantastic job of cleaning. The only thing I would recommend is they should add to the book how you empty the tank. It is very hard to see the writing on the tank, and I finally called Bissell to find out how to empty it. Very easy but the writing on the tank is hard to see. Other than that, I am very happy with it. Bissell makes great products. I also have two Little Green machines, one here in our home, and I just purchased one to clean the carpet in our travel trailer. I would recommend this machine to anyone.

I had scheduled a carpet cleaner to come clean my carpets. The day he was to come, I received a call his truck broke down. So I had all furniture moved and needed to do something. I went to the story and purchased this machine and was so pleased with the results. It is a light machine, and did a wonderful job of cleaning, leaving the carpets barely damp. Everything was completely dry within 2 hours.

Love this vacuum. Cleans amazingly! I love the way it keeps the clean and dirty water separate. I also wanted one without a bag but could never find one that kept the water separate. I love this vacuum.

Great product. Have been thru 3-4 different carpet cleaners over the past 12+ years and this model is very good. I especially like that the cleaner brushes can be easily accesses by 2 x turn "screws". The water storage tank is larger than previous ones = less trips to drain and refill. The amount of dirt removed is good too. I would rec. this to anyone needing a solid carpet cleaner for a good price.

I bought this product because I have a 3 year old that loves to make a mess with everything he sees. I finally tried it for the first time and I loved the way my carpet looks. My new Bissell is easier to use than any carpet cleaner I have ever had. It is lighter weight even when full of cleaning product and water. It is so very simple to switch from Carpet Cleaner to Attachments. And the clean up is quick and easy due to the design. The cleaner and water mix are in the same container and the dirty water. The container lifts off with a handle like a bucket. You simply empty the dirty water and rinse and refill the cleaner and water mix container. After my test use I gave my old carpet cleaner to my son. This Bissell is better by far. I love it.
