Takes FOREVER to dry clothes - this is efficient?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The matching washer works great, but this dryer should be called a "steamer" instead. It never seems to actually get clothes "dry" . . . It doesn't vent outside, so it turns the laundry room into a sauna, and leaves the clothes steaming. So far, haven't found a solutions, even changing the dryness settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not satisfactory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too short connection code to the power. It's blocking the water valve in my laundry compartment. Washer has a problem in draining water. There are water in the washer rubber packing after completing every cycle and got stain within 6 month use. Dryer stops working before making our clothes completely dry.

Use time dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my first try, the clothe came out damp and I was upset about it. Then, the builder told me that: 1. leave cabinet door open, because it needs open space for it to work. 2. use time dry if you want the clothes to be really bone dry. Yes, it takes longer to dry a load and the capacity is not huge, but you are talking about a compact dryer in apartment building that does not have a built-in ventilation system for a dryer. It is as good as it should be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very poor dryer

It ventless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a part of a set. Was worried about the ventless technology, but was attracted because it uses so much less energy that vented models. After using it for a couple of weeks, I'm even more impressed. It really, really works and is energy efficient. Clothes don't get used up in the drum and don't get streaked with gasket color as with my former drier. It's quiet.
And, did I mention? It's energy star certified.
I heartily recommend it.
