[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a few days ago and just had it installed. It looks great and runs very quietly. The tub is spacious with many washer cycle options. I really like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What the Heck is Going On?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this dryer for four months now and still do not know how to work it. The cycles never seem to compete and my clothes are always damp. When I am waiting for clothes to dry, I have to cancel all of my plans to monitor the drying process. What is the deal? Great design though and I like all of the cycles it offers. So many options!

Expensive and only works well if you understand it

I was initially unhappy with the drying results from this dryer but a technical friend explained the system and it's now doing well. For those above who complain about poor drying results or excessively long programs be sure to keep BOTH the small filter and the big cartridge condenser element behind the bottom door absolutely clean. Also do not overload it, especially with bulky items like towels otherwise the load doesn't tumble and the sensors cannot detect the level of dryness.

Terrible lint system
on July 27, 2019

Keeping lint out of the system is beyond terrible. In order to keep up with the maintenance you need to lay on your stomach and reach all the way to the back of the dryer through that tiny opening in the bottom left of the dryer. There is also a small trap door in the bottom of that compartment midway back that leads to the drain pump, it gets full of lint and clogs the drain pump. I had to get the drain pump replaced twice in 4 years. Terrible design of dealing with the lint and maintenance. Drys cloths wonderful though!

HORRIBLE for maintenance
on February 27, 2017

Unless you are VERY able-bodied, that is you can lie on the floor every 6-8 months to clean the drain in the back of the unit, DO NOT buy this. Horrible design. You also have to wash the condensing cartridge and plastic trap EVERY MONTH--which entails dumping water all over the floor just by opening the access door. Horrible design. Aggravated every month. If you do not keep up with the monthly cleanings, the drying efficiency decreases significantly. If you do not keep up with cleaning the drain in the back, the machine stops working until resolved. Therefore, I rate the drying results as poor. (however, I personally like my clothes coming out 'humid' -fully dry after shaking- rather than over-dried like the Mohave desert with conventional dryers. If only the maintenance requirements were better designed.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
