Excellent monitor

When I decided to replace my desktop I was goiing to keep its old monitor since it still functions well. However, I decided at the last minute to include a new monitor and - WOW - I'm glad I did. I feel like I'm on the bow of a sailboat with my hair blown back by the wind when I sit behind my new HP 23 inch display. This is very cool!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super salesmanship full of untruths

Was told the reason my display was not as crisp as it should be was because I had an old LCD monitor and that a new LED would be much better. I am now running them side by side and can see no difference. However, I do like having two monitors. In other words, display is not crisp and sharp.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a replacement for my old 15" monitor. Fast shipping, and set up was a breeze. Had the screen tuned into my preferences in minutes. DVDs look great, as well as internet broadcasts. Hard to beat, for what it cost.

While photos look great on this monitor the print when using Word/Excel/Web looks very washed out and it cannot be adjusted to make the print darker on the monitor I have. The print is grey rather than black.

Did not find Printed Instructions. Only on Disc. NEED some simple "Startup" Instructions. I was NOT familiar with tiny buttons on the lower right of Monitor.Did not even know that there was a hidden On- Off button. Cannot see Disc Instructions, IF the Monitor is not ON !! By then it is to late.
