Great monitor

I had this monitor for about 3-4 weeks but it is an excellent visual experience. The only problem is the stand is weak and should be improved for greater stability.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Recently purchased this monitor with medium expectations. Didn't expect the color and pictures to be so clear and rich. Even though the monitor doesn't have speakers, it is a great monitor and even better for the price. The VGA, HDMI, and DVI inputs are working great. I'm very satisfied with this monitor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything seems wonderful except for occasional "blips" which may be related to program or PC. The monitor is clear,. sharp and not fatiguing.

Big sharp screen

I upgraded from a 2000 Compaq 16" CRT monitor so moving to a 23" widescreen 1080P monitor was dramatic. Screen sharpness and brightness are excellent. The additional workspace adds much convnience when working simultaneously with multiple aplications. Now that I've gotten used to this bigger monitor, I'm thinking that moving to a 25" may have been a slightly better choice - so think about that when making your purchase decision.

this is a wonderful monitor. the only shortcommings this has is, it has no speakers built in and the stand could be alittle more sturdy. All in all it is a good product and am happy that i have it.

23" wide screen

Purchased this wide screen (23") in order to view television programs on it; also purchased the TV Tuner with my custom built Pavillion 8xt desktop. Customer service will help with setup of external hard drive.
You could not go wrong with HP - do your research, HP has the website to assist you with whatever type of computer you want to design and various suggestions for each component. Also provide a comparison for more than 2-3 computers.
Not too many directions with the monitor, but its not that hard to figure out.

Love the monitor, wish it was sturdier

Monitor performance and features are great and I love the size! Just wish it felt more substantial and less like inexpensive plastic. When I turn off the monitor, the whole thing wobbles, which doesn't say much for the quality of the overall piece, but no complaints so far about the performance.
I would recommend this to a friend!
