This unit is very quiet, however the lack of attention during the construction of it caused major damage during a leak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with this machine. It is Quiet, awesome washing features. Extra washing jets makes a huge difference.

My husband and I bought this dishwasher about 3 months ago, and we couldn't be happier. We don't hesitate to turn it on while watching TV, even though it's adjacent to the family room. It's quiet, it cleans very well, and it also has a bottle cleaner feature! No more hand washing those travel / Work out bottles!
