Like any stainless steel appliance the handle and surrounding area always have to be wiped down because of finger prints. Why don't they just make them all smudge proof?!

Quiet Machine, But Internal Design Lacking

The GE dishwasher is surprisingly quiet and does a good job. I like the bottle wash feature, the ability to adjust the height of the top drawer. My one complaint is in regards to the design of the racks. The shape of the racks doesn't allow for enough flexibility in placing different types of dishes in the machine. It's great for standard plates and cups but placing other dishes and utensils gets awkward.

This product came with the house we purchased, but could not be happier with the product. Only issue is that the soap does not always open with a full load of dishes at it need to have enough room to spring open. I would update the product to fix this issue.

We bought this dishwasher in December 2014. We have an open floor plan and were urged to get this appliance due to its quiet cycles. We are so pleased that we did! We cannot hear this run at all, and the cleaning ability is tops!

We replaced a 14-year-old dishwasher. We love so many of the features in our new GE but the one we rave about is that we can hardly hear it running!

Very Quiet

We've had this in our house for 6 months. It is very quiet and cleans fairly well. However, I do not like that there is no 'CANCEL' button and I'm unable to change the wash cycle between light, heavy wash. This is a very basic dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
