Warranty claim in the 1st 3 months...

I bought this dishwasher just a few months ago and have already had a warranty claim. There was a defective hose clamp that allowed water to leak through my condominium floor and leak into the condo below me. Luckily the sweet little lady a floor below me sustained no damage. Your repair person was in and out efficiently and he arrived on time for his appointment... so I am happy with the result, but still a bit dismayed that I already had a warranty claim on a 3 month old, high-end dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted/needed a top of the line dishwasher to replace my aging one which was loud and lacked adequate cleaning ability. This new GE dishwasher had the construction and features I was looking for that would last a long time and do the cleaning my old one could not. At first it made a lot of noise because the tolerances were tight, causing the blades to rub against other parts of the machine. The GE Tech came right out and fixed the problem. Very happy about the performance. Great engineering advancements from my old one from a generation ago. Quiet and super clean dishes. Just what I needed/wanted!

I am very pleased with this dishwasher.It is very quiet let's you know when it is finished. Good capacity four dishes and utensil carrier works well

Super quiet and durable!

We purchased this washer with our new house construction back in October of 2014. First off, the GE delivery team was fantastic. They installed the dishwasher while the construction crew was finishing up and they all worked well together. The installation team was very careful of the new construction and the new appliances. The dishwasher is part of an island that sits between the dining room and the great room of our downstairs living area so we wanted to make sure it was quiet…and it is. The only thing we hear is the catchy subtle little tune it makes when it is done. It is extremely durable. Since it gets a lot of use with lots of family members, it gets run every day. Some of the family members don’t scrub the dishes before putting them into the washer but that doesn’t seem to matter, those dishes still come out sparkling clean! The only feature I wish it had is a ‘Rinse Only’ cycle. Highly recommend this dishwasher!

I bought this dishwasher we had a big problem with a cracked water pumper, it took a little while but GE did step up and replaced it. The replace is great so far it cleans great and is very very quiet.
