Quiet, easy to use, and full of features

This unit makes it easy to organize dishes, bowls, glasses, and anything else you can imagine. Easily adjustable, with removable silverware holders, wine glass cleaners, and bottle cleaners. Hidden controls, but still accessible with door closed. Very quiet too!

Does a great job cleaning - lots of options for how you want your dishes done. BUT... We can hear it running upstairs in our bedroom! So turn it on before you leave the house in the morning!!

Leaves spots on all plastics and most glasses

We just bought this 3 months ago. It worked great for a couple loads, but now it leaves white spots on all the plastic stuff and most of our glasses (but not our coffee mugs). We also get food residue in the tall glasses, even when we use our special "bottle washers". We've adjusted the amount of detergent and the kind of detergent (liquid, pellets, etc) to no avail. Also, it's really hard to keep the front (stainless) looking nice. It gets water marks all the time. I would not get this appliance again -- too much money for a mediocre job!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
