Not high enough for bigger plate

I got this appliance through my builder so I didn't have much choice. I love the dishwasher as far as cleaning and drying well however the bottom is not efficient. You can't put high plate even the regular dinner set I have. You can only place 3-4 of them on the left side. The top rotating wheel hits them during washing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful, extremely functional, and QUIET!

We were in the market, replacing a 14 year old dishwasher. We knew we wanted a stainless steel model (both on the interior and exterior). We had a ballpark idea of what the price would be and went to the showroom floor to see all the model options. This one seemed to stand out above the rest in its appearance and options, especially on the interior. The spraying arms are sturdy and abundant. I love the bottle cleaning arms as well. My husband installed the washer and when we ran our first load, I was unaware that it was running. It is extremely quiet. We are very satisfied.

During my lifetime I've used several dishwashers. This washer does a fantastic job and is very quiet. Great features and I can place a lot of dirty dishes in it.... Truly is a dishwasher I would recommend.

Not Sure if the Problem is the Product or Install

Since getting this unit in our brand new home 7 months ago, the dishwasher has been a real challenge to close...and keep closed without keeping pressure on it. It seems the latch doesn't grab well. I'm not sure if it's the install or the product.
Otherwise, the unit is set up pretty well. The interior pieces can feel a bit cheap, but it's a dishwasher, not a Mercedes. It's quiet and seems to perform well at getting the dishes clean.

Disappointing design of interior.

We bought this dishwasher mainly because we wanted a quiet dishwasher. That aspect is good. However, the design and function is dissapointing & I've regretted buying it. The top rack only pulls out about halfway making it very difficult to load and unload. Additionally the wires on the "floor" of the top rack do not extend to the very front or back so glasses in the corner cannot sit properly (resulting in wobbly thus broken glasswear). I also feel like the spinning wash arms do not extend enough, or squirt water in the correct direction to wash items in the corners properly, again particularly for the top rack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
