First time use: We used the bottle wash feature on some mugs that had dried hot chocolate mix in them and when we took them out there was still a dusty residue, perhaps from the clip? Also, top rack dishes had bits of dried food on them that flaked off easily...but still was not the performance expected. We might need to practice with which settings we use. Agree that it is an attractive front and a very quiet machine. We like that the controls are easily readable on the top and the tines and tray adjust for flexibility. We also installed it ourselves without much trouble.

Love this dishwasher!

I bought this dishwasher a few weeks ago and it is fantastic! The dishes come out sparkling clean and it is so quiet that you don't even know it's running. I love the water bottle cleaning feature, and the top rack that raises and lowers as needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had to replace our dishwasher, which was a blessing in disguise because I love this one! My dishes are very clean!!! and Iove the bottle spray feature.

Didn't realize how clean dishes could be until we purchased our new dishwasher...and quiet...I have to double check to see if I remembered to turn it on it is so very quiet!

I bought this a couple of months ago and I'm truly disappointed after a 90 minute wash there's still coffee stains inside the mugs. I often end up hand washing everything again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazingly Quiet!

I've owned this dishwasher for 4 months now and have not been disappointed. It takes a bit longer than my old dishwasher to get things clean, but the cleaning action is far better than my old washer. Very seldom do I have any dishes that need cleaned or "touched up" after being washed. And I do NOT rinse any dishes before putting them in the washer. However the best thing about this washer is how quiet it is. You simply can't hear it. I've had friends open the unit in the middle of a wash cycle because they didn't know it was on!
